Key responsibilities: - Define KPIs, measurement strategy, and prioritization; act as the primary analytics partner to Marketing, Digital Product, eCommerce, and Finance leadership. - Deliver end-to-end marketing reporting for executives; build dashboards for commercial performance, channel effectiveness, site engagement, and customer behavior. - Lead data infrastructure efforts to centralize marketing data in Snowflake; collaborate with data engineering to build, QA, and scale pipelines; automate manual reporting. - Govern analytics data definitions, rules, cadence, and documentation; drive attribution modeling and inform budget allocation. - Identify conversion friction across CRL.com, CPQ, and USH; monitor lifecycle metrics such as churn, CAC, LTV, and retention.
