Qualifications: Senior Product Manager with strong experience designing complex systems and scalable product solutions. A data-driven mindset; ability to break down complexity into clear designs. Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent systems; pragmatic application to real-world problems. Fluent in English; at least B2 level in German. Open to regular onsite collaboration with your team in Cologne and travel at least once per month. Experience in pharma or other regulated industries and affinity for European healthcare markets is a plus.
