Natterbox is seeking a Product Owner for the Conversational AI and Agents track. You will own the roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and delivery with engineering and go-to-market teams for our Conversational AI and agent platform, including the agent builder programme that lets customers build and run their own AI agents on top of our data services. You will lead full ownership of the track within your first quarter, with commercial and user outcomes attached to shipping. Our product team is small and senior with a flat structure; you will own your track end-to-end, work directly with engineering and GTM, and be trusted to make decisions in an AI-accelerated engineering environment that raises the standard for product judgement. What you must have: shipped conversational AI, LLM-based, or agent products to market as the creator, rather than a user; built products on, or integrated with, a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred); a genuine commitment to design-led product development and good UX, with usability central even if you will not be the designer; a hands-on approach with direct ownership of a track. Nice to have: experience building platform or extensible products that others build on top of; a background in contact centres or customer experience; competitive salary and bonus. Hybrid working based in the UK, with in-person meetups in London approximately once per quarter. This is an opportunity to shape a product line rather than inherit a backlog.
