You will lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, translating strategic roadmaps into executable plans and prioritized backlogs. Responsibilities include portfolio management, creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and providing status reports to leadership while coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Ford Credit) and external vendors. You will promote best practices in delivery, automation, testing, CI/CD, and security, and act as the Jira/Rally and Confluence administrator to maintain data integrity and leadership dashboards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming, or equivalent; 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in eCommerce cloud or on-premises delivery; 3+ years as Technical Product/Project Manager or related roles; and strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Master’s degree, certifications (Google Cloud Digital Leader, SAFe Agilist), automotive or regulated industry experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
