Tool Rebel Shop is seeking a Customer Support & Backoffice professional in Wuppertal, Germany, to join our growing online shop on a two-year fixed term. This role will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, returns, and other after-sales topics, and you will manage related processes, release orders daily, and coordinate with logistics to ensure a smooth workflow. You will ensure ERP and shop systems and connected platforms (e.g., payment and shipping providers) work together reliably, and you will support the back office with administrative tasks such as reporting packaging data and acting as a liaison to adjacent departments (e.g., accounting, scheduling).

You should have a completed commercial training, a business-focused degree, or an equivalent qualification. You should have experience in end-customer support and ideally experience in ecommerce as well as with ERP and shop systems (preferably Xentral and Shopify). A hands-on mentality, strong service and customer orientation, a structured and independent work style, motivation, and teamwork characterize you. Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written), along with strong communication abilities to engage at all levels, are required. A high standard of quality, IT affinity, problem-solving orientation, and a mindset to challenge the status quo complete your profile.
