Position: Product Owner (AI)
Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a Product Owner to join one of our international squads and lead the AI as a Service offering for software development teams. The role focuses on service ownership, including vision and roadmap delivery, stakeholder engagement, service evolution, and driving user adoption. You will work with engineering teams to ensure alignment with AI capabilities and governance. The service aims to support developers across the software development lifecycle by providing AI agents and tools, turning exploratory work into a scalable, governed capability.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Own the service lifecycle: vision, roadmap, priorities.
- Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, user satisfaction, cost) and report to stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on performance data and market developments.
- Coordinate the technical team to deliver the service.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback with a transparent feedback loop.
- Drive adoption across development teams through onboarding, documentation, training, demos, and success stories.
- Build and support the AI developer community.
- Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
- Drive continuous evolution and adoption of the service.
- 5+ years as Service Owner, Product Owner or Product Manager of digital services or platforms (AI domain preferred).
