Perform manual and automated testing across software/IT systems; document and communicate results; monitor and resolve issues.
Create daily test metrics; support analysis of test results and issue resolution; mentor junior testers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide QA solutions and participate in reviews and risk assessments.
Requirements
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
10+ years of software testing experience; proven ability on complex projects; experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans; experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, LoadRunner).
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git, Subversion); knowledge of DevOps practices.
Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling); testing of web apps, APIs, services; security testing practices; defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla); test management tools.
Ability to mentor junior testers; strong communication and collaboration; able to work independently.
Salary
$85,389 - $116,975 per year.
