This full-time remote role focuses on closing our delivery coverage gap by helping teams establish clear delivery rhythms and adopt our delivery framework, making delivery more predictable, transparent, and scalable across the organization. Responsibilities include: Framework and Documentation implemented within your domain, and creating practical documentation such as checklists, agreements and guides that stick; Delivery Rhythms and Coaching to help teams establish rhythms and coach them on delivery practices, tailoring approaches to each team maturity; Continuous Improvement and Release Readiness to identify bottlenecks and gaps, propose improvements and support teams through release and post-release activities; Metrics, Dashboards and Jira to define delivery metrics and dashboards and own the Jira setup including boards, workflows and automations to keep delivery health visible.
