You will report to the Managing Director of Claims Preparation, Advocacy and Valuation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage property damage, business interruption and other first-party claims
Develop relationships with producers, account executives and property brokers to build a book of business
Communicate value-added services to clients and prospects
Execute projects and obligations with thorough documentation and deliverables
Oversee multiple consultants, including workload management, coaching, performance reviews
Communicate workload and project status to team members
Track time and expenses for client billing and internal usage
Present team capabilities and success stories to leadership
10–15 years of relevant experience
Strong mathematics and accounting principles
Proactive, able to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Technical insurance knowledge with emphasis on construction/infrastructure claims (delayed start-up, soft costs, business interruption)
Deductive and mathematical reasoning
Strong oral and written
