Position: Working Student, Editorial – AI Content Editor (African-American Audience)

The Social Sweethearts, a digital media and games company, is seeking a Working Student to join the Editorial team and focus on content for an African-American audience. Based in Bonn, Germany with a hybrid work arrangement, you will create original visual content from scratch and use generative AI tools and image prompting to produce and improve content. You will identify viral formats and adapt them for our audience, research social media trends and references, and tailor existing content to feel authentic and relevant. You will monitor basic performance KPIs and iterate content based on results, while complying with our policies. Requirements include enrollment at a German university (ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or related fields), strong professional English, and experience creating content for an African-American audience. You should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Confidence using AI tools for content creation or analysis, and the ability to follow clear guidelines. Availability to come to the office once a week is preferred.
