The RF Test Automation Engineer will develop, automate, and maintain RF test procedures and the software frameworks used to support production and engineering testing. This hands-on role spans RF hardware, test instrumentation, software, and production systems, requiring the translation of engineering requirements into practical, repeatable test procedures, and the automation of those procedures within reusable software frameworks for ongoing use and improvement. Responsibilities include designing RF test procedures, automating tests with robust software, developing and maintaining data acquisition, processing, logging, and reporting, and interfacing with RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and related instrumentation. You will troubleshoot issues across software, instrumentation, test setups, and RF hardware; collaborate with RF, test, manufacturing, and product engineers to improve test coverage, repeatability, and throughput; implement debugging, logging, error handling, and version control practices; and document methods and results for engineering and production users. Required qualifications include a strong understanding of RF fundamentals, hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators), proficiency in object-oriented Python and/or C++
