EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Forest Lake, MN to expand our contractor customer base. This on-site role manages the full sales lifecycle within a defined territory, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and customer retention. You will quickly respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and expand relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Maintain and nurture existing customers to ensure 100 percent satisfaction with the level of service and support. Travel to job sites and support on-site activities as needed. Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + uncapped commission with no market restrictions).
