Tactile Medical develops at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. The Associate Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and other products. Responsibilities include full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up), collaboration with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness, in-home product demonstrations for patients, and assisting with sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. You will provide customer support through training and education on disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc. Compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, is required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years) or 1+ years outside/inside sales experience, or 2+ years patient-facing clinical experience, or 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience. Preferred: Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations; clinical experience with lymphedema patients (nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills; strong sales closing and persistence; resourceful and self-starter; ability to travel within and outside the territory; ability to lift 20
