This role creates and publishes technical documentation, manuals, and user materials to support transformation, technology adoption, and improved service experiences for CICP users. Responsibilities include collecting and interpreting technical information from developers, engineers, analysts, and other subject matter experts; coordinating document structure, layout, illustrations, tables, and publication formats; translating technical concepts and engineering updates into clear language for technical and nontechnical audiences; and developing user guides, onboarding materials, FAQs, training documentation, and process instructions.
