Weatherford is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Well Services in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for delivering the annual revenue target for the Well Services product line and supporting Account Managers to ensure the effective delivery of all sales processes, including opportunity management, tender responses, contract review, and handover. The position will qualify strategic opportunities, drive cross-product line selling, and promote Weatherford tools, technologies, and services. Responsibilities include using SFDC (Salesforce) and XAIT-Porter for lead management and pricing, coordinating with Commercial Operations and Legal for tender and contract drafting, and developing strategic plans to strengthen Weatherford's market position. Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas; experience in Well Intervention / Coiled Tubing, Slickline, Wireline, and completions; fluency in Arabic and English; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field. Experience working in Saudi Arabia is required.
