Abby Care is seeking a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner to source, engage, and close top technical talent in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and partnering with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design leaders to understand the profiles that attract talent to our mission-driven work and to articulate Abby Care’s value proposition in a competitive market. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role based at our San Francisco Headquarters with an expectation of four days in office per week.

What you’ll work on: - Scale Abby Care’s technical teams across Engineering, Product, and Data while delivering a fast, transparent candidate experience. - Build and execute a multi-channel sourcing engine to capture top-tier technical candidates. - Design rigorous technical assessments and evaluation frameworks to maintain a high hiring bar. - Advise leadership on headcount prioritization, equity dynamics, and closing strategies. - Champion Abby Care’s story through outbound campaigns, technical content, and community engagement. - Lead end-to-end offer strategies in partnership with TA and executive leadership to close critical hires.

What success looks like: - Accelerated pipeline velocity and a steady stream of highly vetted passive talent. - Standardized evaluation frameworks with improved pass-through rates and interview throughput. - Strategic guidance on market equity and compensation, with clear communication of our engineering roadmap.
