PwC Greece is seeking an ambitious Technical Project Manager (Senior Associate) to join the Athens-based Project Management team. You will manage the delivery lifecycle of PwC Tech & Data engagements, overseeing projects from business case formulation through production rollout, using PM methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. Responsibilities include defining scope, estimating effort and budgets, forecasting resources, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, leading project teams, developing plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, preparing KPI-based reports, tracking budgets and invoices, delivering presentations to clients with on-site presence as required, obtaining customer acceptance, conducting post-project evaluations, and identifying opportunities for expansion with clients. You will work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships at all levels. Requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus. At least 3 years of IT Project Management experience in Banking and Finance. Experience in IT Requirements Analysis/Management is a plus. PMP and/or PSM certifications are strong assets. Proficiency with Google Workspace and data manipulation in Sheets; familiarity with MS Project or other PM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Strong technical fluency and the ability to discuss technology trends, customer needs, and project details.
