Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and publish technical documentation including Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides. Capture meeting minutes from working groups, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums. Produce executive summaries and information papers for leadership. Maintain document version control and configuration management. Ensure documentation compliance with IC and DoD standards for technical writing. Support Congressional briefings on DoD CI operations and data management initiatives as necessary. Prepare quarterly and annual reports on data management activities and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree. Minimum 8 years of directly related technical experience.
