This on-site role leads key optical and lab processes, supports sales associates, and ensures adherence to optical standards and safety. Responsibilities include delivering unsurpassed customer service, providing product recommendations, leading and training team members, and serving as a responsible alternate store key holder. In the lab, where applicable, you will support custom eyewear fitting, prescription mounting, tool maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure finished eyewear meets specifications. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong optical and retail experience, knowledge of optical theory and merchandise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math, and leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include state licensure or ABO certification where applicable, LensCrafters certifications, experience with optical machinery and measurement systems, and familiarity with store merchandise.
