The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Dell storage technologies, backup solutions, VMware virtualization, and enterprise server hardware supporting mission-critical applications. Key responsibilities include administering Dell PowerScale (Isilon) clusters, configuring NFS/SMB/FTP/HDFS shares, implementing replication, and ensuring high availability and data protection; administering PowerStore and PowerMax platforms, SAN fabric, zoning, masking views, replication technologies, and firmware upgrades; managing Dell PowerEdge servers and MX7000 modular infrastructure, including BIOS, RAID, iDRAC, Lifecycle Controller, and OpenManage Enterprise; administering Data Domain and Cyber Recovery Solution, including MTrees, DD Boost, immutable storage, air-gapped recovery, and cyber-recovery workflows; collaborating with virtualization, backup, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance, security standards, and operational lifecycle management. The role also requires VMware ESXi administration and NetWorker L1 support experience.
