Based in London, United Kingdom, Harmonic Security is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the AI Surfaces product area—the evolving set of places, tools and apps where AI governance operates. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product delivery in a fast-moving startup environment at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. You will own the product area end to end, decide where it should go next, build a clear vision of market direction, and define success metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, and you’ll engage with customers and prospects, including CISOs and CIOs, on sales and value conversations. You’ll also get hands-on at the solution level when needed and help raise the bar for how product work is done here. Nice-to-have experiences include B2B work with large enterprises, a background in security or data protection, familiarity with endpoint-agent products, and a strong passion for AI trends.
