Citizens is seeking a motivated AI Software Engineer to help design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions, including agentic AI capabilities that can plan, reason, and complete tasks using tools and workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a passion for artificial intelligence, software development, and solving real-world business problems. You will work alongside experienced engineers and AI specialists to contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered applications that improve customer experiences and business operations while applying modern AI engineering practices. This hybrid role is based in Johnston, Rhode Island, United States (4 days in the office and 1 hybrid day).
