Service Product Manager based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany (hybrid). This role focuses on technical product management for coffee machines and related digital services, including service and analytics tools. You will ensure service readiness in development projects, define maintenance concepts, target lifetime costs, and total cost of ownership models. You will derive service requirements throughout the product life cycle, including error monitoring, predictive maintenance, and remote solutions. Responsibilities include creating service documentation, training concepts, e-learnings, and service videos; participating in product and series quality improvements through technical bulletins; providing training and support in 3rd-level and on-site activities (field tests, trade fairs) and knowledge transfer with international subsidiaries; analyzing internal and external service trends, conducting best-practice analyses, and deriving strategic actions. You will design and further develop knowledge management structures for 2nd/3rd-level support and support the use and expansion of AI-based tools for automation and document creation. Requirements: completed technical or techno-economic degree (e.g., industrial engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification; several years of experience in technical service or technical product management, digitalization, and project management; knowledge of coffee machines, telemetry and monitoring; strong understanding of software, platforms and interfaces (IoT, digital services; CRM/FSM is advantageous).
