Overview: Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support growth across ICE’s established operations and newly acquired companies. This role will manage complex, high-priority searches across engineering, technical, field, corporate, and senior administrative functions, partnering with executive leadership, hiring managers, human resources, and leaders of acquired companies to develop recruiting strategies and guide searches from intake through offer and onboarding.

Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for ICE’s engineering and technical disciplines, including roadway, structures, CEI/MEI, water resources, traffic, aviation, geotechnical, surveying, utility coordination, pavement, materials, architecture, planning, and environmental services, as well as senior corporate and administrative hires in finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, marketing, business development, operations, and executive support. - Lead confidential searches for management, director, executive, and other sensitive positions. - Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized, licensed, certified, and difficult-to-fill roles and build pipelines for anticipated project awards, expansion, succession, and growth. - Partner with newly acquired companies during transition and integration to assess staffing needs, openings, candidate pipelines, practices, and workforce challenges; create recruiting plans aligned with ICE standards. - Learn acquired companies’ services, culture, client relationships, markets, and talent needs; help transition job de
