Senior Technical Account Manager Overview: This position reports to the Senior Director of Analytics & Technical Account Management. As a senior member of the TAM team, you will own the technical execution of AU measurement for a portfolio of Adelaide's most complex accounts, resolve tag and ingestion issues end-to-end, and partner with Product to automate processes and scale the team's work. Day-to-day activities include campaign setup and QA, troubleshooting, Excel and Looker-based data exploration, and client-facing technical support. What you'll do: - Manage ad operations and trafficking for Adelaide advertisers and publishers, including campaign setup, tag generation, and ensuring measurement fidelity. - Troubleshoot and QA live trackers; help automate workflows with Product & Engineering. - Own integrations with new publishers/partners, debugging JavaScript/HTML as needed. - Analyze measurement data; use Excel and Looker to prepare data for analysis. - Serve as escalation point for TAMs on complex issues; share knowledge to raise the team's technical bar. - Provide client-facing technical guidance on kickoff calls and via email; resolve measurement questions. - Stay updated on developments in the digital media industry.
