Key requirements

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of software and systems programs across embedded firmware (e.g., Rust), data pipelines (e.g., Python), and cloud platforms.
• Track development timelines for safety-critical and patient-facing Class III medical device systems; ensure regulatory traceability and design controls.
• Develop and manage sprint plans, support backlog prioritization, and facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate workstreams across embedded, cloud, and systems integration teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure technical alignment and on-time delivery.
