Senior Quality Engineer is sought to embed world-class quality into the engineering lifecycle and bridge design with manufacturing execution through rigorous process discipline. This role acts as the key liaison between Engineering and Quality, ensuring projects are supported with quality processes, documentation, training, and work instructions. It also ensures World Class Manufacturing change management, structured communications, and continuous improvement are incorporated into standard work at Sugaright. Responsibilities include: supporting quality measurement and validation during project implementation; leading process validation and risk assessments; supporting commissioning of new equipment and processes with change management, training, and communications; developing or improving technical quality standards, specifications, and policies; reviewing sanitary design on new projects and improving sanitary design on current equipment; supporting plant-level troubleshooting with Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs) and customer troubleshooting; supporting problem solving across all plants and training personnel and quality teams to problem solve; supporting measurement systems and improvements; coaching Focused Improvement Teams; designing standards for change management and structured communications; providing fill-in support for the quality manager at plant level if necessary.
