Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Mobility team in Orlando, Florida. This hybrid role combines project management leadership with the development of a high-performing transportation group. You will manage complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs from pursuit through delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, design (urban, rural, interchanges), right-of-way, and public safety, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and Arcadis standards.

Key responsibilities: - Lead and deliver FDOT and municipal transportation programs with cross-functional teams, from pursuit to final delivery. - Provide end-to-end project leadership including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC. - Mentor and grow a transportation team and oversee recruitment. - Drive strategic growth through resource planning and identifying new opportunities. - Serve as client advisor and lead business development initiatives, proposals, pursuits. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. - Represent Arcadis in industry forums and engage stakeholders.

Qualifications: - Florida PE License - 15+ years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design and project management experience, preferably with State DOT or local municipalities - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field - Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex transportation projects
