Rogers-O’Brien Construction is seeking a Mission Critical Senior Project Manager to provide on-site leadership for data center construction projects in Dallas, Texas. The Senior Project Manager will manage project costs to stay within budget, develop schedules with critical path planning, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while leading and developing project staff. Key responsibilities include: Pre-Construction: lead construction planning for mission-critical systems, including mechanical and electrical systems; act as a value engineering and innovative leader; lead design-build efforts when required. Project Pre-Planning: ensure adequate staffing and resources; conduct estimating handoff and project kick-off meetings; ensure risk management processes. Construction Process: draft and analyze subcontracts; lead subcontractor pre-qualification; collaborate with the Superintendent on materials, equipment, and forming systems; prepare and submit proposed changes; chair weekly project meetings and provide monthly billing; maintain change orders and monitor progress; expedite material deliveries; review safety programs and project cost forecasts; manage close-out for mission-critical systems including warranties and manuals; ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in mission-critical coordination, data center construction, and fit-out projects; strong mechanical and electrical systems background; experience with budgeting, scheduling, and critical path management; proven leade
