Responsibilities include performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) on existing commercial properties, overseeing ongoing construction and renovation projects, and supporting energy and ADA audit initiatives. You will develop actionable capital expenditure forecasts and reserve planning recommendations, evaluate building and site systems, identify deficiencies, assess remaining useful life, and prioritize capital improvements. The position requires strong technical writing, field photography, and cost-estimating proficiency to produce reliable budget projections. Travel may be regional, national, and international to meet project demands.
