We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Site Logistics, to protect the custody, location, and availability of owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) equipment across outsourced storage and documented site handoffs. This role leads facility and inventory controls, preservation execution, storage release, and site-readiness coordination, connecting provider execution to construction demand to minimize hidden damage, lost inventory, unnecessary rehandling, and failed deliveries. The role may lead logistics activities for a single project, manage requirements across multiple projects, or lead a shared logistics or planning assignment. Responsibilities include Storage Network and Capacity, Receiving and Inventory, Preservation and Condition, Storage Release and Site Readiness, Custody and Handoff, Incidents and Disposition, Provider and Cost Management, Records and Performance, and Controls and Improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years owning warehouse, inventory, material-handling, or site-logistics operations for high-value equipment. Travel about 25%. Location options include Redwood City, CA; San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; and Austin, TX; US remote locations considered case-by-case.
