Senior Program Manager to lead the integrated delivery of a greenfield smart manufacturing facility in Sanford, North Carolina. This high-visibility leadership role oversees seven interconnected workstreams: Building & Facility; Manufacturing Process Design; Procurement and Supplier Diversity; Information Technology & Operational Technology Systems; People Transformation; Commissioning & Startup Readiness; and New Source Introduction & Supplier Qualification. The role acts as the strategic integrator and chief of staff for the program, aligning executive direction with cross-functional execution, organizational readiness, and governance. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the integrated master schedule; coordinating scope, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies, resources, decisions, and key deliverables; leading governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability; monitoring budget performance and resource needs; developing program and project management professionals; maintaining an integrated view of program health across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, readiness, dependencies, and risks; driving commissioning, production ramp-up, and supplier readiness; leading change management and communications to align leaders and staff; and ensuring a successful handoff from construction to operations.
