Senior Program Manager – Global R&D Tax Credits & Business Analytics is responsible for end-to-end leadership, execution, and expansion of Precision for Medicine's global R&D tax credit and innovation incentive programs. This role serves as the program owner, partnering with Finance, Tax, Operations, Clinical Development, Data Sciences, and country leadership to maximize available incentives while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency. The position also leads strategic analytics, reporting, process improvement, and business transformation across the organization. Key duties include owning the global R&D tax credit program and related innovation incentives, developing annual filing strategies and compliance plans across participating countries, coordinating documentation and advisor deliverables, managing external tax advisors and auditors, leading responses to tax authority reviews, tracking legislative developments, and maintaining governance and controls. It also covers global expansion and strategy—identifying new country opportunities for incentives, building business cases for expansion, and developing scalable processes and governance structures to support growth.
