Senior Product Manager, Structured Trade
Overview Emirates NBD’s Transaction Banking unit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and end-to-end development of structured trade products within the Trade Finance domain, covering both physical and electronic channels, including thru-SPV / TradeCO structures.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement the structured trade product strategy; set up bank-controlled SPVs, engage clients to structure bespoke deals, draft initial legal agreements with internal and external counsels, and coordinate with Solutioning, Coverage, and Credit for deal approvals and execution. - Establish Middle Office and Agency functions to monitor SPVs, CPs, and CSs; manage relationships with third-party hedge administrators; support margin calls with ancillary products. - Own end-to-end product programs, drive revenue and profitability, monitor performance (revenue, volume, margin) against budgets; develop tactical and strategic plans for commercialization. - Conduct baseline market/industry research; develop business cases for new methods, channels, and product enhancements; lead marketing activities for launches. - Define product requirements, oversee internal and external development, and support sales with pricing and product expertise. - Manage pricing negotiations with corporate clients and marketing agreements with vendors; ensure compliance with ICC Rules (UCP 600, URDG, ISP, ISDGP, ISBP, URR).
