ROYC is building the operating system for private markets. We are seeking a Product Manager to own ROYC's Private Markets Platform and ship complex B2B fintech workflows for professional users such as fund managers, private banks, wealth managers, and multi-family offices. You will translate regulatory workflows into intuitive product experiences, collaborate closely with design and engineering, and balance speed with quality. The role requires a strong frontend understanding (React/TypeScript) and technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with engineers. You’ll help define requirements, manage backlogs, and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. You’ll work with fund managers and other users to understand needs, define success metrics, and continuously improve the product using data and feedback. The position is based in Stockholm with hybrid work (3 days per week in the office).
