Netskope is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Global Compliance strategy and drive the technical specifications required to scale our global public sector and government business. You will own the requirements that help Netskope meet stringent international regulatory frameworks (e.g., US FedRAMP/DISA IL, Australia IRAP, Japan ISMAP, UK Public Sector, Canada PBMM) and evolving data sovereignty mandates. You will work at the intersection of Product, Core Engineering, Global Information Security (GIS/GRC), Platform Engineering, PMO, and Field Sales, translating complex compliance needs into scalable platform features and market-ready offerings. High-Impact Ownership: Directly responsible for a strategic revenue driver, helping Netskope expand into high-value US Federal and international public sector markets.
Transformational Scope: Shift from reactive compliance firefighting to a proactive, strategic approach to building architectural platform capabilities.
Cross-Functional Influence: Lead as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, and global regulatory bodies, shaping how our platform interfaces with international standards.
Strategic Authority: Serve as the go-to expert representing Netskope’s compliance architecture to government auditors and agencies.
Compliance Program Strategy: Drive the end-to-end roadmap for Global Compliance and Data Sovereignty, aligning security posture with government market requirements in the US, EMEA, APJ, and LATAM.
