Platform Product Manager at Conga is responsible for the direction, planning, execution, and delivery of our core platform capabilities—the foundational services that power the Conga product suite. You’ll bridge the technical and business worlds, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to define and evolve APIs, integrations, and shared services that keep Conga’s ecosystem thriving. You will own the platform roadmap, balance foundational investments with feature requests, manage dependencies across product teams, and clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders. You will define and track platform KPIs such as API adoption, reliability, latency, developer onboarding time, and integration success rates, using data to identify friction points and drive improvements. Requirements include 3+ years of product management experience focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services; familiarity with major ecosystem platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is strongly desired.
