We are seeking a Senior Product Designer based in Riga, Latvia, to own a product area and tackle complex problems in a regulated environment. The role covers onboarding, investing, and portfolio reporting, and involves shaping product experiences for hundreds of thousands of investors across web and mobile. You will lead initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to deliver intuitive, useful, and well-crafted work, while mentoring other designers as the team grows. Responsibilities include owning a full product area (onboarding, investing, reporting, or portfolio flows), ensuring a consistent, platform-appropriate experience across iOS, Android, and web, framing ambiguous problems, prototyping early concepts, and validating directions via user interviews, usability tests, and competitive research. You will work with analysts to define success metrics and apply learnings post-launch. Deliver flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, edge-case handling, and design-system-aligned documentation for engineering to implement.
