Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience for Tendios Bid and Tendios Create. You will join the Product team and work closely with Engineering in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment with real users. This role offers a high degree of autonomy: you will defend design decisions with reasoning and data as the product evolves.

What you will do: - Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to design complete product experiences for Tendios Bid and/or Tendios Create: flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. - Design interaction patterns for AI-first features: conversational interfaces, assisted generation/editing, review of AI outputs, confidence/uncertainty states, and human oversight. - Translate business problems and user needs into clear, usable, actionable solutions. - Participate in discovery: user interviews, usability tests, product data reviews, and prioritization with Product. - Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across apps and rapid delivery. - Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation. - Use AI tools in your own workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and production.
