About the team The Sell Online team builds products that help small business owners run and grow their businesses online, including appointment bookings, online stores, and customer management. We are a cross-functional design team embedded across multiple product squads, collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape experiences used by millions of merchants worldwide. As we expand our portfolio and engineering capacity, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer who can bring strong visual craft, product thinking, and the ability to own complex design challenges across several product areas.

What you'll do You will own end-to-end design for our Bookings and Online Store products—from early-stage concepts and user flows to polished, high-fidelity UI ready for development. You will craft visually compelling interfaces, including iconography and illustrations, to raise the bar for quality and consistency across the portfolio. You will work across multiple squads with product managers, engineers and other designers to keep design and delivery in sync. You will contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability as the product portfolio grows. You will use qualitative research and user data to inform design decisions and validate solutions, bringing a user-centered lens to everything you ship.
