This hybrid role (3 days per week in the Warsaw office) will plan, execute, and optimize UA across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat to grow paid users and maximize ROAS. You will own the strategy and KPIs end-to-end, building scalable testing frameworks for creatives, managing dynamic budgets, and driving incremental growth through rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale web UA campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat; build a scalable UA engine.
Own strategy and KPIs end-to-end with minimal hand-holding; focus on results.
Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms.
Lead creative testing frameworks; build scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify winners, and replicate success at scale.
Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation.
Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and recurring UA workflows.
Collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams; guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements.
Analyze LTV, monetization, and web funnels; investigate the reasons behind KPI movements.
