In this role, you will analyze customer contracts, collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Business Operations to assess accounting implications and optimize deal structures; drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and HGB; coordinate group reporting; develop policies and internal controls; prepare technical memos; support audits; and drive automation and process improvements in a cloud-first environment. You will also serve as a trusted adviser on revenue and financial reporting topics across the business. Qualifications include a degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA a plus, 6+ years in accounting (ideally software or professional services), deep IFRS/HGB knowledge (IFRS 15), SAP ERP/S/4HANA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and German.
