Senior Financial Analyst based in New Albany, Ohio, United States. This on-site role is responsible for preparing financial forecasts, conducting variance analyses, regulatory filings, and ad hoc analyses of strategic opportunities. It also involves analyzing and recommending regulatory and general business strategies, developing and managing staff, and delivering reports to executive management and the Board of Directors. The candidate will build and maintain sophisticated financial models (pro forma income statements, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analyses), drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency, and apply deep utility finance and regulatory expertise (including FERC formula rates, O&M budgeting, and cost allocation). The role requires strong analytical judgment, independence, and the ability to communicate findings clearly across levels. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA/CIA/PE/CFP or equivalent preferred; 8+ years in the energy/utility sector; familiarity with AEP accounting is a plus. This position offers a compensation range of $116,255.00 - $177,503.00 and a comprehensive benefits package.
