The role partners with the client and collaborates with design professionals, consultants, and contractors to support new and existing construction projects. The ideal candidate has an architectural background with experience in design, architecture, and civil works, and will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and administering projects through all phases from design through construction. Responsibilities include preparing documents such as reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations, and maintaining project information in project management software; scheduling meetings with the project team; communicating conceptual designs and maintaining project documentation before, during, and after construction; maintaining basis of design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural elements; reviewing design RFPs; managing external design consultants; communicating design standards to internal and external project partners; and managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. The role may involve SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
