The Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master plays a dual role, combining strategic business analysis with Agile delivery leadership within SAFe to drive the development of software solutions. This role acts as a servant leader and Scrum Master for multiple teams and bridges business stakeholders with technical delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that meet business requirements in District of Columbia, United States.

Agile Leadership & Scrum Master Responsibilities - Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for multiple teams, guiding the Agile process in alignment with SAFe principles. - Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning; identify and remove impediments to keep delivery on track. - Foster a collaborative, high-performing, psychologically safe team environment and promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Promote consistent adoption of Agile principles and SAFe practices across the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and program leadership to understand business needs, communicate progress, and ensure alignment between goals and delivery outcomes. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa. - Support dependency management and coordination across Agile Release Trains to ensure integrated delivery.
