Senior Business Analyst role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, operating in a hybrid work model. We’re seeking a curious and analytical professional who thrives on solving problems with data and who will work with global teams to support key business decisions and improve the quality and efficiency of our data operations.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Data Processing & Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making. Monitor and validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using SQL and BI tools; investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with local and global teams.
Client & Stakeholder Support: Respond to client and internal queries with accurate and timely feedback. Attend daily stand-ups to track progress, report blockers, and align with team priorities. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal KPIs.
Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks; contribute to process documentation, QA dashboards, and internal tooling enhancements; support strategic projects aimed at improving operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with product managers, analysts, and technical and business teams; take ownership of sub-projects and drive task execution across global teams; maintain clear operational documentation and SOPs.
2–3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or related field.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power B
