The role requires a strong background in software development (8+ years), proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++, and experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency, and building tools or CLIs. Preferred qualifications include experience with agent frameworks, sandboxing, containerization, and contributions to open-source agent/LLM tooling.
