Role: Scrum Master needed in Madrid, Spain. This hybrid position requires facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective), identifying and removing impediments, protecting the team’s focus and productivity, and promoting continuous improvement. You will serve as a servant leader to enable self-organization and ensure iterative, incremental delivery of value, while collaborating closely with the Product Owner. Requirements include 7+ years of experience in Agile environments and/or SAFe, with certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PSM1. A C1 level in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of French is a plus. The first month is 100% on-site at the client office in Atocha, Madrid, after which the role entails three days per week on-site with the remaining days remote.
