This hybrid role involves leading business analysis activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements across large-scale EU transformation projects. You will analyze current processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support automation through executable workflows. You will lead stakeholder engagement, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for Product Owners and delivery teams. You will coordinate BA activities across epics and product features and collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, a university degree in a relevant field, SAP SuccessFactors certification, and strong BPMN, agile, and communication skills.
