West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO to deliver our proven sales method and secure customer agreements for home improvement projects (bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors). You will meet with customers in their homes, demonstrate the value of our products and installation quality, help customers find options that fit their budget, and close sales with post-sale follow-up. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and an annual net sales bonus program.
